PRIVACY POLICY SUMMARY

1. We will not sell or rent your information, and will only disclose your information in accordance with our Privacy policy and/or with your permission.
2. We do our best to tell you all of the information we collect from you and how we use it.
3. We let you change your information so that you can keep it up to date.
4. We give you choices about how you wish to be contacted by Epetsonline.
5. We use safe, secure technology and other privacy protection programs to keep your information secure on Epetsonline.
6. We will always provide you with notice if our privacy policy changes and an opportunity to reject such changes.
7. For third-party services or features on Epetsonline that you have chosen (such as insurance, escrow, dispute resolution), your information will be shared with these third parties only when absolutely necessary and under confidential restrictions.
8. If other Epetsonline companies have access to your information in accordance with the policy, they are required to protect your information at least as strickly as we do.
9. We do not allow third parties to sell the information we provide to them or to disclose it in any way without your consent.

5. We have no tolerance for spam (unsolicited, commmercial email).

SPAM POLICY

Our policy against unsolicited, commercial email (spam) is strict. You may not send this type of email to advertise Epetsonline or an Epetsonline listing or solicit private sales outside Epetsonline. If spam you sent is reported to us, we may (among other remedies) remove the listing, issue a warning, temporarliy suspend or permanently suspend your Epetsonline account. We have no tolerance for spam and we will take action as appropriate against the offender.
Please note that we can only take action in cases where it is clear that an Epetsonline memeber has sent the spam.

Spam: General Guidelines "Spam" is unsolicited, commercial email. Unsolictited measn that teh email is sent without the recipient's permission. Commercial means that the email is related to selling a product, service, or opportunity. For example, if a user sends and email to you, describing a product or item they are selling (whether it is on Epetsonline or not), it is considered commercial email. If this is sent without permission, it is unsolicited and therefore conside red spam.

Examples of what are not allowed:

1. An email to active bidders in a open auction and offer them the same or similar items.
2. Adding email addresses to your mailing list without first obtaining permission from the users (this includes past bidders and sellers).
