Shipping Checklist
Check list to use prior to shipping:
- Make sure all vaccinations are current; 5 days prior to shipping a Parvo shot must be given.
- Check auction, update as needed.
- Health Certificate (current and interstate), there has to be a ship date on auction for you to download. Place original in envelope and staple copy to outside.
- Vaccine information to the transporter concerning the High Titer MLV Parvo that was given 5 days prior to shipping. The information must be listed on the copy include; Product given, Manufacturer, Lot # and Date given.
- Bathe animal, check for external parasites (fleas, mites), clip nails.
- Is the animal’s appearance what has been stated on the auction and represents your kennel? Contact the buyer via email if any changes (ship date, hernias, hair loss,)
- Send invoice to store through email and include one in envelope.
- Fill out transporter's waybill and envelope for shipping. Specify on both waybill and envelope, amount due, acceptable method of pay, (this is the same as specified on auction) transporter will need to know if collecting. Verify that transporter hauler (if applicable) has been notified.
- You can email store for free to check on the pet after it has been delivered late in the week, (this is good business)
